LeagueUnlimited Team of the Week - Round 12

The LeagueUnlimited Team of the Week is back again in 2015. Chosen by our Live Updaters, this team puts together the best performances of the Round, and builds a team worthy of taking on any in the NRL.

Fullback: Josh Dugan (Dragons)
Backing up from State of Origin duties, Dugan's speed and footwork was on display as he weaved his way through the crumbling defense of the visiting Sharks.

Wing: Shaun Kenny-Dowall (Rooster)
SKD scored two tries for his side, and was almost untackle-able. He finished with almost 200 running metres, 7 tackle busts and 2 line breaks, in an inspired performance.

Centre: Jarrod Croker (Raiders)
Croker kept his side in the match even when they looked out of it, thanks to some clever angles and solid defence. He pulled out an absolute trysaver, somehow dragging down a Broncos' player, while wrongfooted, only 1 metre out from the tryline.

Centre: James Roberts (Titans)
Roberts scored one try, set up another, and gave the men around him plenty of space. He caused South's left hand defense all sorts of issues, and was a constant threat with the ball in his hands.

Wing: Alex Johnston (Rabbitohs)
Johnston scored a try - an important part of a wingers' role. More importantly, his defence was strong - making a vital try saving tackle to win the game for the Bunnies.

Five-Eight: Gareth Widdop (Dragons)
Gareth's kicking and passing game was outstanding tonight, troubling the Sharks' defensive line. His skills saw the Dragons mount points when needed. His kicking abilities also saw him with 100% strike rate tonight.

Halfback: Shaun Johnson (Warriors)
Took control of the game when his team needed him the most. His kicking game meant the Warriors handed over most sets in great field position.

Lock: Bryce Cartwright (Panthers)
While the Panthers went down in the end, Cartwright was the most influential player on the field. He played a major role in the Penrith comeback with a brilliant assist for David Simmons and a superb solo try himself.

Second Row: Bodene Thompson (Warriors)
His damaging runs led to two of the Warriors tries and made plenty of metres for the Warriors.

Second Row: Lewis Brown (Panthers)
Brown was a constant menace on the left side for the Panthers, carving the Eels defenders up during the comeback, whilst also stepping up in the absence of several key playmakers for the home side.

Prop: Matt Scott (Cowboys)
Playing in the middle is tough. Playing in the middle in Origin is even tougher. So, for Matt Scott to pick up two tries, and put in the performance that he did... well, it's impressive to say the least.

Hooker: Ben Hunt (Broncos)
Is he a hooker? No. Do we care? No. Hunt was key in his side's victory, setting up two tries in the first half, and gifting his outside men at least 5 line breaks during the course of the game.

Prop: Jake Trbojevic (Sea Eagles)
Big hits, bruising defence and caused plenty of trouble for the Cowboys through forcing errors.

Interchange: Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, Chris Grevsmuhl, Chris Sandow, Benji Marshall
